Reserved grooming fees $75.00 covers all four days.
Exhibitors wishing to set up next to each other should mail reservations in the same envelope.

Please READ RULES AND REGULATIONS pertaining to the grooming area and parking
in the premium list.
Anyone PARKING in the Loading and Unloading zone will be towed at vehicle owner’s expense without notification.

Up to 2 spaces per reservation form, no more than 2 reservation forms per envelope for a total of 4 spaces.

Reservations must include a check for the correct amount.

Reserved space is limited & reservations received after the allotted space is filled will be returned.

All grooming set-ups will be available starting at 1:00PM on Wednesday, June 12, 2024.

Exhibitors & dogs must be out of the grooming area by 9:00PM each evening & can enter the grooming area at 6:00AM Thursday through Sunday.

No dogs will be left overnight in the reserved grooming spaces or the grooming building.

Checks should be made payable to the Eagle Rock Kennel Club, Inc.

Reservations close JUNE 7, 2024. No refunds thereafter.

ALL Grooming buildings must be vacated a maximum of 1 hour after Best in Show on Sunday, June 16, 2024. NO EXCEPTIONS.
