Gates open from 6:00AM until 11:00PM, Thursday, June 11 through Sunday, June 14, 2026

Exhibitors wishing to stay over on Sunday Night should include that night on their reservation form and indicate they are staying over on Sunday. Fairground Personnel will verify reservation.
​EQUIPMENT & POWER

Electrical hookups available for reserved overnight parking ONLY! With 20 AMP and 30 AMP availability We cannot guarantee amp size.

Bring ADEQUATE long electrical cords and adapters, as they may be needed.

Mandatory that generators supply power for air conditioner and recreational vehicles furnaces.

Parking in assigned spaces only. Parking in direction the parking committee specifies only.
PAYMENT & DEADLINES

Reservations close May 27, 2026. No refunds thereafter.​

You may download and send reservation payments via US mail and pay with check or PayPal. Send completed form to Josh Robinson.

USEFULL INFORMATION

HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE parking is LIMITED and will be as close as possible and accessible on blacktop walking surface.

RV units overall width with tip-outs and awnings if more than 25 feet wide, reserve 2 spots.

Roadways are considered fire lanes.

Parking in assigned spaces only. Parking in direction the parking committee specifies only.

Space sizes are 20 ft. wide (front row) OR 25 ft. wide by the TOTAL length of the outfit. (Maximum 50 ft.) Any outfit over 50 ft. in length will be required to unhook and reserve two spaces. Spaces on the front row are 20 ft. wide and all vehicles on the front row MUST fit within their area.

Reserved Parking is a privilege extended by Eagle Rock Kennel Club, Inc. & Pocatello Kennel Club, Inc.
The clubs reserve the right to withdraw this privilege from any person(s) who feel that they cannot abide by the rules and regulations or resort to abusive language.
All parking is at your own risk.
The clubs assume no responsibility for fire, theft and/or damage to any vehicle or its cargo.
